Booking and Payment

  • Advance Booking: All bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the tour date.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
    • No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour.
  • Cancellation by Operator:In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, store closures), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Tour Requirements

  • Punctuality: Participants must arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided for missed tours.

Health and Safety

  • Physical Requirements: Participants should be comfortable with walking or standing, depending on the type and duration of the activity.
  • Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The operator is not liable for any loss or damage during the tour.

What’s Included: The inclusions vary based on the activity, but may include:

For Guided Walking Tours:

  • Guided walking tour
  • Assistance with trying and purchasing instruments
  • Shipping coordination for purchases

For Cooking Classes:

  • All ingredients, tools (rental), and equipment (rental) for the workshop
  • Recipe guides and a decorative food cutter as souvenirs

For Cultural Workshops:

  • All materials, tools (rental), and equipment (rental) for the workshop
  • Recipe guides and a decorative food cutter as souvenirs

What’s Not Included:

  • Cost of musical instruments or other purchases
  • Meals, drinks, or transportation to/from the meeting point (walking tour)

Language

The tour will be conducted in English. Please ensure you are comfortable communicating in English.

Instrument and Products Purchase Assistance (Guided tour)

The guide will assist with testing instruments and products, also coordinating shipping but is not responsible for the quality or condition of purchased items.

Photography and Media

Photos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Please notify the guide if you do not wish to appear in photos.

Force Majeure

The operator is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies.
